JustPhysio have an exciting permanent opportunity for a band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dynamic private home group based in Essex. The home has 50 beds and caters for 18-65 years with physical disabilities and neurological conditions.

Salary £24,000 - £28,000

Principle duties:
• To provide a co-ordinated team approach to the assessment of needs for residents who have complex neurological disabilities, musculoskeletal disabilities and palliative care needs.
• To provide a coordinated and holistic approach to the assessment and treatment of physical impairments of residents, where appropriate.
• To liaise with team members within the home and external bodies to ensure a safe, timely, and smooth transitional approach to discharge planning for intermediate care, and slow stream rehabilitation residents. Carrying own case load.
• To deliver holistic care to a group of residents by planning, preparation in collaboration with the MDT.
• To provide specialist advice, equipment, intervention and positioning to maximise residents’ function and quality of life.

Requirements:
To qualify for this position you must have a bachelors in physiotherapy, be currently registered with the HCPC, and have a least 1 year’s postgraduate experience with an interest or experience in this area.
