Our wonderful Recruitment Consultant Alison has been a part of our JustPhysio permanent recruitment team now for 2 years. She has proved herself to be a great asset to the team, bringing 18 years of medical recruitment experience to the company.

Alison has a bubbly and chatty personality which has helped her to build great relationships with both existing and new clients she has brought to the business.

We thought we would ask Alison a few questions to help you get to know a little more about her…

What do you enjoy most about working for JustPhysio? I love working with my team, there is a great atmosphere within the company, lots of positive energy and everyone is very supportive.

What is your career motivation? My main focus is to be happy and successful in my job, I think its just as important to be happy in your job as it is to be successful.

What would you say is your strong point? I am very much a people person and have great communication skills. I am very self-motivated and care a lot about my clients and candidates and giving the best service from start to finish.

What is your most memorable moment within your role? It has to be when I sourced a candidate from Finland, I helped her throughout the whole process, I picked her up from the airport and took her to her interview. It was very satisfying when she got the job and I kept in contact after and she was very happy in her new job.

What has been your most challenging experience in your role? My candidate had a last minute change to her situation so I was under pressure to arrange accommodation and get everything together on a tight deadline but it all came together in the end.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Spending time with my children is my favourite thing to do in the whole world. I also enjoy my fitness, mainly running and going out and socialising with my friends.
