Our Physiotherapy Business Manager Luke is one of our most experienced team members. Luke has worked for the company for 9 years and has worked within the healthcare recruitment industry for a total of 18 years. He acts as a mentor to the younger members of staff, showing them the ropes of recruitment and still maintains his status as one of the top billers in the company.

We thought we would ask Luke a few questions to help you get to know a little more about him…

What do you enjoy most about working for JustPhysio? The people are great to work with and the atmosphere in the office makes it a great company to work for.

What would you say is your strong point? My focus and determination when dealing with difficult situations, you face a lot of obstacles in recruitment and I will never let a minor setback get me down, I like to maintain a positive attitude and not let it affect my work.

What is your most memorable moment within your role? All the many years ago that I started working for JustPhysio I made a placement within 3 days which was a big achievement. Also when I got my own parking space – that’s when you know you’ve made it big in the company.

What has been your most challenging experience in your role? When I first got promoted to Physio Business Manager, taking on the extra responsibility while still upholding my own figures was the biggest challenge.

What do you like to do in your spare time? I’m very into my fitness, I go to the gym and play football regularly but my favourite thing to do is just spend time with my family.
