Tommy joined our JustPhysio North team 6 months ago due to our expansion and growing presence in the North of England.

Tommy has a sales background, previously working within car sales, he brought with him some very transferable skills to the Recruitment Industry.

We thought we would ask Tommy a few questions to help you get to know a little more about him…

What do you enjoy most about working for JustPhysio? There is a good team work ethic throughout the office and the teams, we have a good work, social balance and a great support network.

What is your career motivation? My career motivation is to progress and build success not only for myself but for my team, as I am very highly motivated and thrive off success.

What would you say is your strong point? I am very self-motivated and naturally witty and charismatic so I can build good relationships with candidates and clients.

What is your most memorable moment within your role? When I made my first placement and reached the weekly target I set myself so quickly with no previous recruitment experience.

What has been your most challenging experience in your role? For me my most challenging experience has been dealing with people over the phone as my previous sales job was face to face which I found more personal.

What do you like to do in your spare time? In my spare time I like to socialise with friends and spend quality time with my family.
