Personal achievements within the role?
I have been involved with providing a brand new service in my current placement (Intensive Rehabilitation) and we have been asked to get patient surveys done and it has been a great opportunity to make a real impact on patients in a short time. I have had very positive feedback from my patients which reminds us what it is all about!

What do you enjoy about being a locum?
Flexibility and being able to knuckle down and just do the work

Most memorable moment within your career?
Working in 2 different Respiratory teams and both winning awards for excellence
