Our client in Suffolk is looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team

Purpose
To provide a physiotherapy service at senior level by assessing, implementing (by self or junior staff) and evaluating programmes of person-centred care as part of the multi-disciplinary team. To ensure continuity and consistency regarding service users' physical management. To demonstrate a senior level of clinical, technical and research skills through breadth and depth of knowledge.
Qualifications required
*Diploma/BSc in Physiotherapy
*Current and valid Registration with Health & Care Professions Council
*Current registration with professional body (e.g. CSP)
*Member of specialist interest group (ACPIN or ACPOPC) or willing to join
*Evidence of Continued Professional Development
Experience, Skills and Ability
*Experience of working in a relevant setting
*Demonstrable experience of using evidence based practice and outcome measures
*Skilled knowledge and application of physiotherapy assessments and interventions using complex level clinical reasoning
*An ability to work autonomously and to set own and others' priorities
*An ability to confidently assess and manage risk
*An ability to organise, coordinate and respond efficiently to complex information
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to build effective working relationships
*Competent IT skills
*Knowledge of relevant legislation and its impact on current practice
*Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and help achieve goals
Key Responsibilities
*Responsible for assessment of service user needs in relation particularly to optimising independence and physical function
*To undertake comprehensive assessment of service users, using investigative and analytical skills to formulate individualised rehabilitation and treatment plans
*To promote choice in all aspects of clinical practice reviewing and making suggestions to enhance the service user experience and enabling concerns and complaints to be raised freely by service user and their representatives
*To liaise and communicate with other health and social care professionals and volunteers in the planning and delivery of Physiotherapy
*To ensure appropriate prescription, provision and maintenance of equipment within available resources
*To ensure that up to date written and electronic records are maintained in accordance with Professional and company standards, and that sensitive information is held securely
*To demonstrate clinical leadership and promote clinical supervision.
*To share knowledge and expertise with other staff through formal and informal teaching
*To lead on the localised training plan for staff to provide physiotherapy interventions as part of overall care
*Facilitating the safe and smooth running of the Service, the post holder is expected to maintain a safe working environment, maintain service user confidentiality, and occasionally taking on reasonable additional tasks
