Our client in Suffolk is looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team

Purpose
To provide a physiotherapy service at senior level by assessing, implementing (by self or junior staff) and evaluating programmes of person-centred care as part of the multi-disciplinary team. To ensure continuity and consistency regarding service users' physical management. To demonstrate a senior level of clinical, technical and research skills through breadth and depth of knowledge.

Key Relationships
* This role carries no line management responsibilities, but the post holder will have a responsibility to mentor and supervise more junior members of the team
* The post holder will be expected to work effectively with the Therapy team, the nursing teams and the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team
* Responsible for working alongside and/or supporting volunteers, assistants, and students within their team

Qualifications required
* Diploma/BSc in Physiotherapy
* Current and valid Registration with Health & Care Professions Council
* Current registration with professional body (e.g. CSP)
* Member of specialist interest group (ACPIN or ACPOPC) or willing to join
* Evidence of Continued Professional Development

Experience, Skills and Ability
* Experience of working in a relevant setting
* Demonstrable experience of using evidence based practice and outcome measures
* Skilled knowledge and application of physiotherapy assessments and interventions using complex level clinical reasoning
* An ability to work autonomously and to set own and others' priorities
* An ability to confidently assess and manage risk
* An ability to organise, coordinate and respond efficiently to complex information
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build effective working relationships
* Competent IT skills
* Facilitating the safe and smooth running of the Service, the post holder is expected to maintain a safe working environment, maintain service user confidentiality, and occasionally taking on reasonable additional tasks
