Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic physiotherapist with strong skill set in Women's Health & MSK Physiotherapist to join our client's friendly expert multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse and challenging role within private practice, providing specialist care to patients with a range of pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions.

They are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist with at least five years of experience including a strong MSK background, and at least 2 years specialising in women's/pelvic health physiotherapy. Experience in pre/postnatal care, pelvic health, and post-menopause rehabilitation would be advantageous.
This is an employed role with flexibility to work 16 to 28 hours per week, split across 2-3 weekdays and alternating Saturday mornings. The role offers a competitive salary of £36k - £45k (pro-rata) depending on experience and skillset.
The right candidate will be expected to deliver a high standard of patient-centred care, possess a friendly and approachable attitude and apply outstanding team-working, communication and organisational skills to your daily practice.

Main duties of the job
* To perform as an autonomous practitioner, using advanced, specialised assessment of women's health and MSK patients including those with highly complex presentations.
* To formulate a diagnosis and provide a specialist physiotherapy treatment plan using evidence based clinical reasoning.
* To act as a source of expertise and provide advice to on the management of continence and pelvic floor dysfunction
* Support and educate clients through their rehabilitation journey, empowering them with evidence-based care
* To work as part of multidisciplinary team including personal trainers, and soft tissue therapists.
* To accept clinical responsibility for own caseload and organise this efficiently and effectively with regard to clinical priorities.

Essential:
BSc in Physiotherapy - Minimum requirement (UK, AUS, NZ, SA, US-trained preferred)
HCPC & CSP registration
5+ years post-graduate experience
Strong MSK clinical skills
2+ years experience in women's health physiotherapy, including pelvic health, pelvic floor assessment, pregnancy/postnatal care, or menopause support
A patient-first approach to treatment

Desirable
Mummy MOT certification
Experience working in private practice
Pilates Mat work / Reformer qualification
Acupuncture certification
Experience in post-surgical rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming
